The Bastrop Travis Counties Association of Professional Firefighters (BTCAPFF) represents career firefighters across our region. We advocate for fair labor practices, safety standards, mental health resources, and professional development opportunities. As an affiliate of the IAFF, we are committed to collective strength, ensuring every firefighter has a voice at the table and protection on the job.
